- Open lab tour*1 on Nov. 15

- Lunch and two coffee breaks each day during Nov. 16-Nov. 18
*1: The Open Lab Tour is open to all conference delegates. Details will be announced closer to the conference date. If you are interested in joining the tour, please indicate your preference during participant registration. No additional fee is required.
*2: If you plan to bring a guest to social events such as the Welcome Reception or Conference Banquet, guest tickets will be made available through the registration system closer to the conference date. Please contact the VRST 2026 Registration Team in advance. Thank you for your cooperation.
Visa Invitation Letters
During registration, attendees who require a visa can check the box labeled:
“I will need an invitation letter for visa.” Once selected, ACM will issue an official invitation letter.
*Important: You must complete your registration before receiving the invitation letter.
