Call for Sponsors
ACM VRST provides a unique opportunity for your organization to reach the world’s foremost virtual, augmented and mixed reality (VR/AR/MR, XR for short) software and technology researchers and application builders. We invite organizations, government institutions, and academic institutions to show their support for the vibrant field of spatial user interactions through the sponsorship opportunities listed below.
As the Organizing Committee, we are committed to ensuring our sponsors receive exposure to many advertisement opportunities. We look forward to supporting you with the benefits listed below. We are also open to discussing specific needs and opportunities tailored to meet your specific needs.
Sponsorship Opportunities
VRST provides three levels of sponsorship: Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze. Please contact the Sponsorship Chairs at sponsors2025@vrst.acm.org .
Platinum – $15,000 CAD or greater
- The platinum sponsor is the only sponsor whose company logo appears in a range of day-to-day locations during the conference, including the welcome screen and attendee name badges. (4 free registrations†).
Gold – $10,000 CAD or greater
- Lunchtime naming rights, a larger logo on the conference poster, website, and CFP, to be displayed throughout the conference, welcome reception, and conference dinner (2 free registrations†).
Silver – $5,000 CAD or greater
- A medium-sized logo on the conference poster & website, name on the CFP (1 free registration†).
Bronze – $2,500 CAD or greater
- A small logo on the website and your name on the CFP.
Tailor-made Opportunities
Tailor-made sponsorship is a flexible alternative to the three sponsoring levels described above. Please contact our Sponsorship Chairs at sponsors2025@vrst.acm.org to find the best solution for your marketing purposes. Some examples of tailor-made options are:
- Exhibition spaces
- Recruitment desk
- Sponsoring of specific events.
- Sponsoring of prizes for Best Paper, Best Poster, and Best Demo awards.
- Conference merchandise, i.e., bag, pen, t-shirts, etc., with your logo.
- Provide detailed information on how you want the funds to be spent (e.g., scholarships, etc.).
†At least one (1) author per paper must have a paid registration.
