Specific instruction for the 3DUI sessions in Visual Arena
Please avoid putting important content and text in the lower 25% of the slide, as this may be hard to see for some of the audience.
The screen is big (6 x 3.2 m), it has a high resolution (2K, 2048 x 1080, upscaled to 4K); and people will be sitting relatively close.
There will be a 'speaker prep room' that you can utilize, located in Kuggen, 3rd floor (room 'Windows'). As early as convenient, kindly book time with a student volunteer, who will guide you there.
Microphones and audio systems exist, details will appear here.
