    Visa Invitation Letters<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    • During registration, attendees who require a visa can check the box labeled:
      \u201cI will need an invitation letter for visa.\u201d<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Once selected, ACM will issue an official invitation letter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Important:<\/strong> You must complete your registration before receiving the invitation letter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Author Registration Guidelines<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      • Authors of accepted papers, posters, or demos<\/strong> must enter the PCS ID<\/strong> of their submission(s) during registration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • If you have multiple accepted submissions<\/strong>, please include all PCS IDs<\/strong> so your registration covers each one.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Registration Requirements for Authors<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        • At least one author per paper<\/strong> must register and pay the full conference rate<\/strong> (student rates do not qualify).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • A single full registration<\/strong> can cover multiple papers<\/strong> if they are authored by the same person.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Dual Conference Registration (VRST & SUI)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
            \n
          • Authors of accepted papers for both VRST and SUI<\/strong> must register for both conferences<\/strong> (covering the full 5-day event).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • You can register for both conferences simultaneously<\/strong> through the same registration portal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
